" Unsuccessful online booking"

My husband tried book online several times for a birthday surprise for me. After many unsuccessful attempts he gave up and had to ask me to try which spoilt the surprise. I tried several times was also unsuccessful. I sent an email and had a reply I then phoned up. The girl apologised for our online attempts and she booked the hotel there and then she was very helpful 5 stars for her.

Wonderful stay at Great Western Hotel in Oban . Fabulous staff , friendly , helpful and happy. Great dinner and excellent breakfast. Room was comfortable , spotlessly clean with great sea view. Absolutely terrific value. Please extend our thanks to all hotel staff , great hospitality .. thank you .
