The order arrived with missing products and when contacting customer service, there was no response.

I placed an order on March 21. A month later I have not received it nor have I gotten one single update since order confirmation. I messaged them twice and emailed twice with zero response. I am very unhappy especially as there is no way that stripe payments, which is the only way to pay, can help at all.
