Ram, Alex and the rest of the staffs were absolutely amazing. I had a work picked up from the Sotheby's London and shipped to South Korea. They were very prompt in action as well as communication. Ram even called me overseas making sure I got the work safe and sound. Of course the work was professionally packed in a custom crate. Their rate is very reasonable and efficient compared to those so called "fine art shippers". Absolutely 100/100. I'm definitely coming back for their service again! Thank you so much!!

Fantastic service.

My daughter lost her phone and we found she'd left it at the theatre in Oxford, which would have been a 3 and a half hour round trip to get back.

I found Pack and Send online and looked at the Trustpilot ratings, then went ahead with them.

They were brilliant. Liased with the theatre, kept me informed all the way. I got the phone back next day, and the packaging was better than the original Samsung box: the phone was paper wrapped, then bubble wrapped, then placed in the centre of a box of polystyrene chippings, and finally labelled fragile.

Could not have asked for more, and it would have cost me more in fuel and parking to fetch it myself.

I couldn't be happier with my experience of using Pack & Send, Lincoln. I needed a very specific service involving sending 12 originals paintings to NY for an art fair. I didn't have a clue about customs/taxes or how it would all work. The paintings needed to arrive on a set day in a small time slot. John from pack & send did a lot of research to find me the best and cheapest way to do this. He gave me multiple options and ways to do it. Everything went to plan and I'll certainly be using them again for the next fair.
