Having attempted to send a barometer to Australia, we were faced with the problem of not being able to send it with the thermometer containing mercury. On our request, the gentleman in charge really went out of his way to ensure the thermometer could be successfully removed without damaging the barometer. This he achieved. The customer service throughout was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble and the recipient in Australia was thrilled with how well the barometer had been packed. Thank you Pack and Send !!!
