"Damaged in transit"
The good: Pack and Send were easy to deal with. The door-to-door service was efficient and quick.
The bad: The item being shipped was a heavy and extremely delicate musical instrument. The case was simply stretch-wrapped and handed over to the courier. There was no additional protection placed within the case or around it, despite there being obvious evidence that it could move in the case (it clunks loudly when you tip it up!). Sadly, the instrument arrived in an unplayable condition. Thankfully, the damage was minor and relatively easily corrected.
The high cost of Pack & Send's service would absolutely have been justified if the instrument had been packed with understanding and care as suggested by their website. Sadly, it simply was not. I could have had the same outcome by sending a normal courier to collect it at a fraction of the cost. Extremely disappointed.

Communication is poor I have to constantly chase for updates over email. At one point my package had been collected but the team couldn’t locate it (it was found eventually but this was stressful).

I was very impressed with PACK & SEND. Emails were always answered swiftly and the price was extremely competitive. On the day of collection they gave me a 2hr slot and they turned up to collect exactly when they said they would. My parcels have arrived - again, with no delays and no damage. I would highly recommend and use them again.

"Sending a Crate to Australia "
Friendly, efficient service from the PackandSend Leeds North office, and the most reasonable quote out of 3. Only let down by the lack of accurate tracking info after my crate reached Australia. The delivery company involved DHL Express need to up their game.

The parcel was heavy so my packages were rearranged into 12 packages on site and handed over to FedEx. Agreement was to deliver a parcel of 12 packages from UK to Spain.
The team who was working prior to FedEx did a good job packing the items, but I made a mistake ordering to send a TV. Which upon arrival had damage to the screen and a boot print on the cardboard box wrapped in a tape indicating a glass inside.
