I have had the difficult task of transferring nine artworks from a lockup storage facility rented by a dealer who has ceased trading to a new gallery who will be acting for me. This has had to be arranged by phone and email, starting out from their excellent web site, as I live in Co Offaly, Ireland and the transfer took place in the South-East of England.
The communications I received from Mark at the Croydon depot were all clear, concise and timely. The pickup and delivery arrangements were all managed by Pack & Send. I am a delighted customer.

We tried to send a package with Pack and Send to South Africa, the package never arrived. For 6 more than 6 months we tried to locate our package and get in to my friend. They used UPS and in the end we had to deal with UPS ourselves, fill in all the forms, pay extra customs money, tracking and asking about the package, so the money we paid for Pack and Send's service was for nothing, we could have just used UPS directly. My friend never got her package, it would have changed her life. We will never use Pack and Send again, and anyone who wants to use them, don't.

I use them for auction lots, so they collect the item (paintings) from the auctioneer and pack them up securely. They then dispatch it promptly.
All of the paintings done here have made it over safely, unlike some couriers I've used.

I have had a lot of packages sent from different auctions around the uk mainly using MBE and I once tried Pack&Send Leeds what a mistake poor packaing for sending bottles, an expensive bottle of 12 YO 1990S Macallan smashed and box of the 2nd bottle of 1979 Scapa had to be thrown away and no refund on 96.22GBP for the packing and posting and only 450GBP well under valued i have pictures from UPS and manager and driver said how poor packaging was to send bottles of whiskey no refund and no offer any more monies just that i paid for a service whihc was very poor and insurance covered the cost of damaged goods, never did and why was not refunded the amount for packing and postage when it was totally inadequate 96.22GBP down the drain if i could give a minus review i would
