Once the items were shipped I was kept updated with emails tracking their progress from start to finish and they arrived safely and in time…

Went to get some important items couriered from Bristol - US, and Cristina was so helpful in organising the packaging and making everything really clear - package even arrived much earlier than we had thought. Really thoughtful team, will definitely be coming back.

"They took forever to pick up my parcel…"

They took forever to pick up my parcel and when they did, they returned it 2 days after saying invoice(which is there) is missing. Printed another but they want to to pay(£160) for the same service again…
Took the parcel to the office in Leeds but they rejected. Why should I pay for a service that was never rendered again when the only thing missing was the invoice. Horrible!!! DO NOT USE THEM, FRAUD!!!
