Ordered a replacement radiator after contacting the company for advice regarding sizes as I was replacing an old radiator. Great helpful advice, ordered online with no hassles and had the radiator three days later - excellent service! Product was perfect and now installed.

Completely misleading timeframes for delivery on their website. I ordered 1-3 working days on Tuesday knowing my order would be with me at the weekend. I realised myself this was a complete lie as the goods were definitely not arriving in this time frame. I used my own time out of work to call and arrange a new order for next day delivery and this has also failed!!! Meaning I will have no goods for plumber arranged after calling twice and spending my own time trying to sort your companies lies.
