A couple of years ago I bought an expensive 'designer' radiator as part of my kitchen refit. The paint has started to peel, but not obvious why. The same day I contacted them, after having reviewed some photos, the company kindly offered a goodwill replacement. Extraordinarily good customer service. Thanks Best Heating, living up to the name.
