Very disappointed. Arrived on time but rose was very small and no sign of life. Bought as a gift for special occasion and sent direct so we were embarrassed when we saw it.

I have ordered trees from here before and the quality has always been fantastic, however, my most recent delivery arrived in a box that had been ripped open and clearly battered. The tree had been damaged and all the leaves had been knocked off - the most disappointing thing was receiving no response to the email I sent the customer services team.

"Next day delivery anniversary rose"

I chose next day delivery, ordering online. Simple process and good communication following. The rose was a gift which was delivered at the time given and was well received. The delivery box was apparently much much larger than the plant itself (due to a long stake) and although any disappointment was minimal, as it was mentioned perhaps this could be considered in future so as not to raise a recipient's expectation of the contents.
The rose was in good condition though pruned without blooms. This is due to the time of year and does not detract from the quality of the plant. Very happy overall and would use again.
