My tree was due to be delivered to my mother in laws house but it did not arrive on her birthday as I had arranged. This was very disappointing. The tree arrived on the following Monday. It was a lovely sized tree and even though it was late my mother in law was very happy with it. I spoke with customer service and shared my experience with them and also the courier service

"Wedding gift"

I ordered a wedding rose for a work colleague as part of office collection. The rose was delivered on the day I requested. It was very nicely presented; wrapped with coloured cellophane and white ribbon. Securely packaged in sturdy cardboard. Only reason not given 5/5 is that the rose buds/flowers are quiet small - not what I was expecting from the picture on the website - but that could be due to my perception. Would order again and recommend.

The presentation of the rose plant was excellent and the plant itself was in perfect condition. The only constructive feedback to give was that the hand written card was bent and creased. An envelope might help protect It?
