"Great service and the follow up"

For private reason we have to go to Vietnam urgently.
We have no option but to choose to apply visa for emergency receive the visa within 2 hours. After the application I have been contacted by Vietnam Immi.ORG immediately and have provided some information. Within 1 hour I have received the visa.
Once we arrived at the Ho Chin Min Airport, we have been contacted by Vietnam Immi.ORG. A colleague of Vietnam Immi.org was waiting at the passport control. He had the official visa and we are allowed to queue at a special lane. Which the queue is much shorter.
Over all the service is great. Which we have not expected.
