Fabulous service from start to finish. Ordered a pc for my 17 year old son as a Xmas present. As I have very limited techy knowledge they answered all my questions as simplified as possible and very promptly. Goods turned up when specified and was very well packaged. Would highly recommend.

"Poor design and product."

Purchased what they advertised as a "High-end gaming PC", 800 pounds paid for a subpar computer that can barely run any game without the inside of the case exploding.

The fans are all stock(extremely bad) the placement of everything in case ensures no air flow just maximum hot air gathering inside the case. I've actually had to take the side of the case off just to let air in and out.

I brought this up to there support yet they just claim its the thermal paste on the GPU which its clearly not, after taking the side of the case off the GPU temperature drops by 20 degrees.

Poor case, poor fans, poor design, waste of 800 quid, they wont even let me refund it.

Would not recommend to anyone, always build your own computer.

Very professional, phoned before my purchase for advice the lady was very helpful on the phone.
I bought a gaming PC for my son, personally I don't know an awful lot about these type of computers but my son is really happy with it.
