Other than the website not updating you on what stage your order is from, and DPD being absolutely useless and delaying my parcel when it was literally an hour away for another 3 days the company is great, quick on replies even when it's a busy time and answered my questions without further inquiries.

Received the PC on the 24th of march, had issue with the wifi drivers not working... tried to fix the issue myself and couldn't get them to work, got on the phone a guy called Oliver and he sent over the drivers I needed after he searched up what hardware I had. fixed the issue in a 7 minute phone call 10/10

Super helpful from start to finish I wanted to call in and make sure before I ordered and he made me feel super comfortable about everything and answered many questions I had and made me feel reassured. I’ve gone ahead and placed the order and look forward to seeing the final product :)

The pc I ordered was amazing and it was a decent price compared to other websites that sell prebuilt custom pcs. However, the administration behind fierce pc kinda sucks. On their website they don't update you with what stage the pc is at or when it is leaving. Even now after I received the pc it says the order is still processing. The only way to know is to call or email them (I personally recommend calling since it is quick and they explain what is happening with your pc very thoroughly). Another big downside was the delivery. I don't know if it was just mine but on the email it said I had to wait 10 to 15 working days for delivery but it also said it may go over that time. It took 21 working days to come... that's a whole month. They didn't inform me by email or over the phone so I had to call them to check what was going on. Found out they scratched the case of the pc. However, they did replace it with a much better case which is a positive. Overall, I would definitely recommend fierce pc but if you don't mind long delivery times and you being unaware of what's happening with your pc then you should go for fierce pc.

I really need help from you. You have sold a good product but for some reason haven't made the fand/fan light remote a normal one so when my remote broke it has made these perfectly working fans and lights become unusable, could you please help, thanks.

PC came today, really well packaged and looks amazing. No issues so far and even came with X.M.P enabled which saved me a bit of time when setting it up.

Took a little longer then expected to arrive but really not that big of a deal and it was explained that they were extremely busy. Fans are a little too noisy for me but that can always be adjusted.

Great experience overall, really happy with the system and no real complaints.

Had a precious PC with no problems. Second order some years later, crashed regularly and had to be sent back for repair after a long email chain. Been a week and haven't got it back yet.
