I recently brought a gaming PC from these guys and was very impressed with the build quality. I had a little hick up with the tower fans not coming on when the computer was turned on. I emailed Danny and within the same day he replied and helped me to get it sorted. I was very impressed with his quick response in helping me sort it out. I would highly recommend this company.

Edit 02/07 almost 2 weeks and no reply after I did send them a ticket directly to the provided E-mail, don't trust the replies, they don't care about you once you purchased the product.
Their products are ok, three different brands of fans and to control the CPU cooler and two bottom fans I need to install software that destabilizes the PC, and to avoid this I need a community-made patch to fix that too.
Trying to log onto my account on their website down the line with plans to pay them to upgrade my PC as per their policy, I forgot the password so I send myself a password reset link, this doesn't work many times, and sending a couple of support tickets describing my situation nets no help or response.
Not worth it, next PC will be built myself where I don't have to worry about needing an account to tell them I want to upgrade to not void my most expensive warranty of theirs and people can look inside to troubleshoot.
