Very helpful customer service. I'm not very good with computers so when my son asked for one for his birthday I reached out to Fierce. The man on the phone was very nice and asked me a few questions to help get a better understanding of what would be good for my son. Pleasant experience and I will be ordering based on this.

I recently purchased the new fiffa. My system needed some settings to be changed for it to work. Customer service were very helpful and got me up and running. I recommend!

The old company went through administration and was honestly awful.
Since writing this review I've had a reply and been emailing Danny who is part of the new ownership.
My issue is being resolved and he has been very helpful and informative.
Going forward from this, I would definitely use Fierce PC again.
"Ordered my pc, was told id get a confirmation email and an email once despatched. Didnt get the second email and the good thing is it arrived 2 days later... luckily i was home as i had no idea it was being delivered.
Arrived missing 8GB of RAM, tried to ring numerous times and sent an email about this but havent had any reply in 3 months, the pc is good, but missing 8GB of RAM isnt..... fortunately i had spare from my old pc.
Wouldnt use this company again sadly."

I purchased a system from fierce early 2022. It has been great but unfortunately it developed a fault. I had tried countless times to reach out to fierce over the past month and I got no response, this left me with a somewhat sour taste in my mouth. I made a final attempt of contacting fierce yesterday and to my surprise I got a response. I spoke to a chap called Danny who had explained that Fierce was under new ownership and apologized that there was no one available to offer help sooner. Long story short, Danny quickly took me through the steps required to resolve my issue and everything is now up and running again as it should. Happy customer here!

Danny who was dealing with my issues was brilliant in how quick he dealt with my issues none of which was the companys fault, alot of my issues were damages in transit which eventually i asked for a refund and Danny went above and beyond to sort out for me

I wish i could do zero star rating i bought a pc on the 2nd of march ive received this item it dosnt switch on at all ive rang and rang the company and all you get is a answer machine also ive emailed customer service loads times and have zero response this was a gift for my daughters birthday so now im left with a broken pc and out pocket i would never buy from this company again there quick enough to take your money but there customer care after is horrendous ive asked and asked for a full refund and still completely blanked

Can echo what others have said....
PC ran fine, albeit somewhat "off" in that I just thought I didn't have my monitors settings or graphics settings set properly.
Performance has declined, and at the 9 month mark it's pretty much unusable. It'll turn off at the of a hat. Not something you would expect from a system you paid nearly £3000 for. Customer service have responded to my first email within two hours, but it's been 10 days since my last email and still nothing.
Between that, and it sounding like an airport in my room at all times, I'm not sure why the fans are on near full blast at all times. Its just not the Fierce experience you would expect.

"No longer operating?"
The PC I bought from my son broke down about a month ago and was still under warranty. I had some exchanges over emails with their customer service about how to fix it from home but it failed. I sent it back for repair 2 weeks ago and no further answers to emails etc.
