They did all they could to deal with the matter and did so in a timely manner.

"A disssapointed son on Christmas morning"

Computer was received in 5 days which is great. It looks very impressive switched on and lit up.
Unfortunately it won't connect to the Internet as a part is missing. We discovered this on Christmas morning and my son was gutted as he couldn't download any games or do anything with his computer which he'd been waiting for all year. 2 weeks on I've emailed 4 times and have not received a reply. I have spoken to someone on messenger and have chased the part but it has still not been dispatched. I have been told that it will be shipped tomorrow on 2 occasions but it wasn't. Ignoring emails and delays in shipping items when the company is at fault is not acceptable. Its now the 8th Jan and my son is still unable to enjoy his Christmas present. Wish I'd bought local and would not recommend. Really disappointed that they do not check orders more thoroughly and with their customer service
