Le pc est tombé en panne au bout de 1 an aucune réponse du SAV, les pièces sont de mauvaises qualités. Ne pas acheter de pc de cette marque j'ai perdu 700 euros !!!!!

I recently bought the ‘Fierce TD500 PC bundle’ and I’m very pleasure with the PC! I’ve always wanted a PC and to finally buy my first was a great experience!

I think it’s 10-14 business days and it got on the 14th day and so hats off to you guys even during this busy period!

The PC is fantastic, cable management was the first to be inspected and it was all nicely & neatly put together. Absolutely no issues with the build, no over heating issues and I can play my favourite games on max settings. But personally I’m currently buying an exhaust fan just to be on the safe side.

Sadly the mouse that came with the Pre build did not make it to the end :( it suddenly stopped working after a week so it was a perfect opportunity for an upgrade!

I’m summary, I certainly do recommend Fierce!

"Custom Pc"

Ordered my custom pc this month form fierce. Order arrived on time and well packaged so no worries of damage during transit. Everything looks great and running fine. Arrived with lots of extra cables for future upgrade's which i was not expecting. Customer service was great, very quick to reply to any question i had. Would highly recommend Fierce Pc for your build.

"Payed for express, now it's not even dispatched"

Payed the extra money for express dispatch 3-5 days. On 5th day still hadn't dispatched. Was contacted on 6th day that it was being built. It wasn't dispatched on the 6th day. Requested refund as I didn't get the service and it was now dispatching on the 7th day which is there standard. Refund was authorised and progressed smoothly. Only now they haven't dispatched my computer, despite saying it was ready on the 6th day.

So all in all, is not worth the hassle.

So far so good. I bought a Custom PC and everything has arrived as expected. Was also well packed. Turned on with no fuss and everything is looking great at the moment. Busy installing some games to check out my new graphics capabilities! Pretty excited!

I had purchased a pre built from fierce almost 2 years ago that unfortunately developed a fault with one of the parts. I got in touch with customer service and Danny was very quick to reply. He helped me troubleshoot the issue step by step and when there was still a problem got a replacement part out to me straight away.
I would 100% recommended using them!
