I was quoted a price for the holiday which I agreed but very disappointed to find it didn’t include the transfer costs to the hotel which added another £98 for each passenger for a five day break. Then after booking the holiday the company phoned me within minutes to say they had given me the incorrect costs and the holiday was going to cost another £129 pounds each!. Although an apology was given and I could have cancelled it was extremely annoying and I am not sure I would use the company again

I feel it was a ploy after told what wasn’t available to get me to spend more money. The agent was great though and easy to keep communicating with. I was very impressed though that I received a reply to my review immediately. I do recommend this company for booking trips

Although you can only book via there call centre & not online it was a relatively straightforward just make sure you have all your booking requirements on hand. The agent was very thorough even though reading the terms and conditions was a bit long winded, he helped change the flights for more adequate times and was very helpful.
Whilst scouring the internet for cheaper / better deals non could be found.
Flight confirmation was within hours of booking & all other confirmation regarding bookings was within 2 days.
Overall very pleased with Jetline holidays, hopefully our holiday goes without hiccup.

A nightmare to get hold of, doubled in price. Booked a holiday to an island where trnasfer not inclusive and the my have booked a flight back before we can even get back from the island it’s been a complete disaster and a heck load of money

Initially in personal contact with one of your operatives I was offered poor rates for items such as drinks package and excursion costs for my selected dates.
My partner separately spoke to an alternative operative who offered better rates for the same dates.
I followed this up with the same person. After opting to pay the agreed total holiday cost I realized that the total was greater than expected. I do not recall being informed of an additional £39 pp for online charges. Why is this termed online when this was carried out during a telephone call?
Further to this I was informed that, due to difficulties with one of your suppliers, that an additional £49 pp was required to secure the holiday.
