The whole process was quite straightforward. The only issue was that the prices had gone up from the brochure price - we had only had the brochure for just over a week.
In all fairness to Jetline they did contribute to the price increase and gave us an upgrade which was very much appreciated. We have used Jetline before and that holiday worked out just fine.

Awful customer service.I booked a holiday for my wife and her best friend to Greece through Wowcher. I have called them on 5 occasions and have been promised a call back which has never materialised. I am so fed up with their excuses I am on the verge of cancelling my holiday with Wowcher and explaining to them that Jetline have terrible customer service. AVOID!

In a word - DONT. Worse company I have ever dealt with. Constant mistakes which never get fixed. You do not get what you pay for as described in their brochures. My wife booked this holiday yet they put me as the lead passenger, she has to go through me speaking to them first, whenever we have an issue. Issues have been non stop since we booked it. Dream holiday yet we are not seated as a family on any of our flights. Tour tickets missing and promised refunds never appear. A nightmare to deal with from beginning to end. I would not use this company if I was paid to. I taught travel agents in my career and training is sorely needed at Jetline.

Final cost advertised was approximately double of advertised cost. To be honest that is what I expected. Lots of additional costs not in the original offer such as the baggage, small carry on backpack for a 2 week holiday was not going to be enough, on line booking fee, not really sure what this was for. I have booked a Nile cruise and satay and having been before I expected the additional cost for the excursion package given the advertised cost.
Aaron was helpful and clear. Just manage your expectations when you see a bargain that looks to good to be true. I am happy with the final cost which is what I budgeted for.
