"Does Jetline Cruises still exist....?"
We have been trying to make contact with Jetline Cruises since last week both by telephone and email but hitting a brick wall. When we phone they just "ring out" and then go dead - Have they gone into receivership...? Be warned if your are still booking a holiday with them.

We booked a group holiday last year for this February, and I only wished I checked the Reviews on trip advisor. You should check too. We had no communication and when I booked I requested that one of the party members requires assistant as he has to use the wheel chair. I have never booked a package holiday before through the agents as I normally do it all myself. So really had no idea about this. Once closer to the departure date I called to find out if everything was ok and to my horror I found out that my special assistant request had not been requested and the rude sales advisor asked if I had filled in a form and Whalen I told him I had no idea what he was talking about he told me if no form no request and put the phone down on me. This was only the start, once we got to our destination we found out that the hotel that I booked was not on the agenda as they had changed us to a different hotel. Also the following day when we were ready to get transport to the boat we were told then that the boat I had booked has now been changed and we were down graded to another boat. Obviously you have no choice but to go at this time as you are stuck otherwise. No explanation was given only that contact your travel agents. I can carry one on here but will be a long read. So please guys stop using this travel agency as they will rip you off. Also read the reviews on trip advisor there are the true reviews. Good luck

The person I spoke to was really helpful. Sourced a break in a place I wanted to go at a price I wanted to pay. The emails, tickets and other docs turned up at the time stated.
In other words the service was as you had hoped it would be!
