"Lindos Memories 5 star hotel provided…Do not Go"
Lindos Memories 5 star hotel provided by Elegant Holidays which is part of Jetline Holidays Do Not Use. No reply to our 2 e.mail complaints dangerous hotel for people with walking difficulties Dietary and health. No labels on food ,poor quality ,and cold. Drinks watered down. No entertainment . Sea view room expected given room with side view below rubbish tip with disgusting smells and staff sniffing substance. On-site shop closed down due to not paying tax, rude staff ,very tired equipment broken sun-beds, small beach filthy dangerous rocks all along it ,with filthy stained sunbeds. Toilet facilities out of order on site. Had no sleep due to sleeping in child’s bed. A day out by taxi returned to room left wide open… sound like a 5 star would not even award 1star.

Got to the hotel in Fuengirola Spain very late to find our hotel reservation had been cancelled. I had to pay £143 just for a room for the night. Next day Jetline paid the remaining 6 nights. I still have not received an explanation or my money back. They are easy to contact if you want to book but customer service is very poor. I’ve used them for a while now but never again. If I don’t get my money back soon I will be reporting them to the industry watchdog and ATOL

"Package to Lisbon and Porto"
This was a package to Lisbon and Porto. I did not like the fact that you could not book it online only by phone. That gave Jetline the opportunity to downgrade the hotels from 5* to 4* and keep the price the same. Better rooms was the claim but I doubt it. Actually, the price was £50 more than advertised despite the downgrade. They messed up the train tickets too, booking both of us as seniors when I specifically asked for me only.
I went with Jetline because I thought booking a package would be easier than booking flights, train & hotels myself. I do not think it was, spending hours on the phone sorting out the details when I could have been arranging things myself. The only benefit I could see was the ATOL certificate but we were insured anyway.
As far as the holiday was concerned, this was fine. The hotels were good if not in prime locations. The train ticket error was sorted out at the station.

Have used Jetline before with no problems This time however had to chase my itinerary as it didn’t arrive in my email address we were already using and had to provide another for my travel information. Also had to duplicate information with the Jetline agent and Ryanair which was a frustrating experience. I use TAs to ‘smooth ‘ the way, but it’s making me think why bother and is it worth the extra expense of using them.
Definite a thought for the future when looking at holiday experiences.

I was looking to book two holidays..one to Jersey and the other too Sharm el sheikh. Keith the agent gave me a price for the Jersey hoilday which was the price that had been advertised on line so I went ahead and booked it..he couldn't book the Sharm el sheikh at the
Cleopatra luxury hotel which he quotes £399.he was going to ring me back in approximately 30/45 .that was at 11.45 he e.mailed me at 17.03 to say that the holiday was now priced at £499.needless to say I wasn't happy.
My point being if he had taken my booking at 11.45 I would have paid £399. Will not be booking with them again.
