Our hotel booking was cancelled at 10.39 the previous evening.
They did find us another hotel (in the red light district)
Taxi back to the airport went to the wrong hotel
It took them nearly 4 weeks to refund our taxi fares.
When booking they only had one room at the advertised price despite the hotel having rooms available.I won't use them again

My 4th year booking a Spanish GP trip with Jetline. First time getting an agent who knew the city and hotel, which made a big difference. Efficiently booked with tweaks at my request. I just hope Ryanair doesn’t cancel its Girona flights again, but Jetline rearranged helpfully last year. Recommended.
