Very efficient. Quick to offer an appointment with a dermatologist who was able to assist me with my health complaint. He was polite, informative and efficient. The hospital itself is a lovely building and a very welcoming experience. Would recommend

From the first contact with the Hospital their service stayed at the same exceptional level which is very hard to do.

From telephone contact, looking for service information, through to appointment booking, receiving joining instructions, to reception waiting, through clinical consultation, through medical treatment to results and medical follow up it has been exceptional. I was going through a potentially worrying condition and their service and manner dealing with me was wonderful. A very caring and human service.

Other medical practises should go visit them and see how great service delivery is undertaken.
