He is very empathetic and understanding as to why you are seeking these procedures and never makes you feel like it is something you need but advises on what could be done.

The new hospital is beautiful and will always return to Mr Quaba for anything in the future.

I was delighted to get an appointment at the Waterfront Private Hospital the day after I called - the other clinic I'd tried couldn't see me for two months. The Waterfront is quite local to me and easy to find. A relaxing environment with friendly, helpful staff who explained everything thoroughly to me.
The consultant was able to do the surgery immediately. It was fully successful with good follow up information and face to face visit. It was all very prompt and reassuring at an anxious time, with no pressure to 'sell' any services (and advice on reducing charges). Many thanks to all!

Greeted warmly at the ground floor reception and taken up to the first floor reception where I was welcomed and offered coffee while I waited. All staff were friendly and welcoming.Everyone was smartly dressed, clinical staff were smart in their blue scrubs. The hospital itself is beautifully decorated and did not look clinical.

The hospital was lovely and clean.
The doctor who did the cyst removal on my head was very well informed, told me everything about getting it done. Excellent customer service and care.
The procedure itself along with a consultation took just under an hour so it was very quick and relatively painless, the doctor took time and care to take the cyst out.
Nurse was lovely and friendly, I felt very at ease.
I would recommend this hospital and if I need anything else done I will go here in the future.
I also wish to mention how easy it was to book in the procedure via email instead of a phone call.
