Excellent customer service and very professional. Consultation was in depth and gave me al the information I needed to make an informed decision. No pressure at all. Staff were lovely and consultant answered all the questions I had.

Booking the appointment was easy and there was good availability at short notice. The premises are modern and attractive and there seems to be ample parking nearby. I had to wait about 15 minutes after my appointment time before being seen but the waiting room is spacious and comfortable and there is complementary tea and (not very good) coffee and biscuits available. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and, although it was expensive, I was pleased with the treatment offered.

I had been considering breast augmentation for a couple of years however was very wary of any cosmetic procedure as I was in my later years shall we say. Following a consultation with Mr Quaba and surgery I can honestly say that 2 years on I am still in amazement with the results which have been life changing. Mr Quaba provided great detail as to the changes that I should expect which I could not even image. Post surgery.... he was spot on, the measurements he anticipated by eye were delivered exactly. The whole process was very professional.
Wind on 2 years later I had an additional procedure and only considered this as I knew I would be in very good hands. The care and attention I received were superb and again I cannot explain the difference this has made to not only my appearance but my confidence. The new hospital facilities are top notch, very impressive with clean lines exuding tranquility. Mr Quaba is extremely caring, very professional with extremely high standards, his abilities as a surgeon are truly amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Quaba. Many thanks to him and his team, we are lucky to have such facilities and expertise in Edinburgh.

"Amazing surgery, fabulous result, would recommend both the operation and Omar to anyone"

I had breast reduction surgery with a nipple regraft back in October 2024 and I wish I had taken this decision to have surgery years ago. The impact on my life has been transformational and I now have so much more confidence. The surgery itself was a few hours long because of my size but within 48 hours I was back to doing my work email (albeit working from home). I took painkillers for the first 24 hours whilst I was in hospital but did not need them after that at all. The only thing I didn't like was lying on my back to sleep for 6 weeks as I am a side sleeper but again it helped with the recovery and the final results.

As a result of how successful the operation was, I have continued my weight loss journey (I lost some weight prior to surgery for optimum results) which visually is making the results of the surgery even better. Who knew that a surgery like this could have such a positive impact on your overall health.

Omar has to be one of the most genuine health care professionals I have met and put me completely at ease from the initial meeting through to my final 6 month sign off. The amount of time he spends with you explaining the surgery and more importantly the recovery in detail was so helpful to me and made me realise the importance of following his advice to the letter. For example, I wore my soft comfort compression bra 24 hours a day for the full 6 months and I genuinely believe this has helped with the results. At no time did I feel I was asking a stupid question and Omar interacts with you as a normal human being. He has no ego at all.

I would not hesitate to recommend both this surgery and Omar to anyone. I have no negative feedback on either the surgery or Omar himself - in fact, I can't thank him enough for the change he has brought to my life.
