Good waiting area, convenient car park, excellent instructions to find it. A decent time to get my initial appointment. I felt my Doctor was very experienced and took a lot of time explaining the proceeder, he was approachable and showed a sense of humour.

I had an amazing experience when I attended the Waterfront Private Hospital. My procedure was thoroughly explained to me at my Consultation. I was also under no pressure to go ahead with the procedure. Dr Kazem Nassar was amazing. Throughout my procedure I was very nervous and the Nurse kept me calm and chatted to me all the way through. I would definitely recommend The Waterfront Private Hospital.

Attended on Christmas Eve for a consultation with Dr Kazem Nassar and subsequent multiple raised moles removal from face. Received really good information and assurance prior to attending , the procedure went smoothly and relatively pain free and also received good verbal and written advice regarding wound care . Stitch removal was pain free and all wounds appear to be healing well with good advice going forward to minimise scarring ! Wish I had done this years ago ! Hospital was easy to get to , small , quiet , ample parking , teas and coffees for patients and anyone waiting and friendly staff .

As an example, when same-day treatment is mutually beneficial, that might be reflected in a credit from the initial consultation fee towards treatment cost.

Mr Anderson and the team were warm, welcoming, and professional all the way from the booking process (Debbie was lovely to deal with via email) through to the procedure itself. The whole experience went very smoothly, I was fully informed at every step of the way and the general environment/feel of the hospital was great. Could not fault anything or anyone and would 100% recommend.

All staff I encountered were professional and approachable especially Dr Nassar who undertook the procedure. He explained what would happen, the risks and how to manage the wound at home. This resulted in a stress free procedure for which I was grateful.
