My experience at the Waterfront hospital was 10/10.I was looked after from start to finish from Mr Omar Quaba, and his lovely nurses and staff. By far the best hospital in the country.

I recently had an outstanding experience at Waterfront Hospital, and I cannot praise their staff and facilities enough. From the moment I walked in, I was met with professionalism, kindness, and efficiency. The hospital was impeccably clean and well-organized, making me feel confident in the level of care I was about to receive.

The medical team, including doctors, nurses, and support staff, was incredibly attentive and compassionate. They took the time to explain my planned procedure clearly, and ensure I was comfortable throughout. I was particularly impressed by Dr Nassar who went above and beyond to make my experience as smooth as possible.

On arriving I was seen immediately by Dr Will Anderson who in no time put me at ease making me feel welcome and comfortable. Dr Anderson then proceeded in giving me a detailed analysis on my possible upcoming operation in a most professional manner. Top marks. I would have no hesitation on recommending Waterfront private hospital to anyone.

Dr Aldridge took the time to really understand what was happening with my skin and for the first time since my issue began, some 18 months ago, I feel listened to. He is the first clinician to reassure me and this, combined with his excellent skills, means I am a lot less stressed about this now. Extremely highly recommended.

I called the Waterfront Private Hospital, pretty distraught and desperate as no one seemed to be able to help me. The receptionist was so lovely and said she would call me back and let me know if they would help me. At this point I didn't hold my breath as many people had previously let me down by not returning calls, but this lovely lady kept her promise. They were able to get me an appointment within hours. The nurse who helped was very understanding and patient. I would definitely recommend.
