"Amazing experience from start to finish"
My partner and I strolled into Vashi to look at wedding bands with the intention to just browse then we met Mihaela and were blown away by her kindness and passion. The whole experience from being offered cocktails, seeing the machines and cleaning my partners engagement ring made for a smooth and pleasant journey. I'd highly recommend this store and would come back in a heartbeat.

"Nearly 10 weeks and I don’t know where my ring is!"
I wrote a glowing review earlier on the 13th of April which was based on my experience at ordering a ring. However, post that my experience has been nothing less than disappointing and frustrating. They make a huge song and dance about giving you your ring on the exact date you want it by, giving them at least 4 weeks time to produce it. It’s been just over 9 weeks and I still have no idea when to expect the ring. They don’t even bother with keeping you updated. It’s only ever been me reaching out to them to obtain updates. On occasions they’ve promised a call back with an update but still don’t. I was given a placeholder ring on the date I wanted the ring by because that date held a personal/emotional reason for me. But I had no say in choosing the placeholder which as a result is cheaper and in a style that I dislike. The one star is only because of the placeholder otherwise it’d be a zero from me.
From a company that claims to provide excellent service, my experience has been quite appalling.
Update on 21st June - What I couldn’t achieve in close to 10 weeks, a threat of cancelling the order and a poor trustpilot review achieved in less than 48 hours! After writing the above review, I received my ring in less than 48 hours. Not only that, Vashi upgraded the metal to platinum too, as a goodwill gesture. The ring is beautiful too. However, this positive experience has been completely marred by the customer services team. We’ve been nagged daily to update this review. I was the one dealing with them and the one who wrote the review but despite my fiancé communicating this to them, they kept ringing him. I understand that these reviews are important but where was all this promptness in communication when I was trying to obtain updates from you?! This hasn’t left an overall good taste in our mouths and I’m unsure if I’d be buying anything from Vashi again or recommending them to a friend.

It was pleasure to find Vashi and meet Vitalija who was super supportive and professional. Me and my husband attended several appointments just to make sure everything is perfect with our wedding rings. The quality and attention to details are the reasons we chose Vashi. Once again, thank you for our wedding bands and we surely will come back for more!

My partner and I visited the convent garden store a couple of weeks ago to choose our rings and had a really lovely experience. Shascha took us downstairs to one of the private rooms where we had some bubbly and chose our wedding rings. It was really special and I even managed to get one of my other rings cleaned quickly while we were there.

Gave an engagement ring for repair (second time as it broke straight away after the first repair). Because of the situation, I've been told it'd be ready in a week, it's been three weeks now. I don't mind the wait, but no one from the branch ever sent an email or gave a call to update me when the ring would be ready. I had to call and email multiple times myself to get updates. Every time I was promised "it would be done in few days", which it wasn't, but every few days I had to call again and again to hear the same thing. I'd rather much appreciate to be told you don't know how long it would take rather than giving me a date and me getting worried when its past that date and I haven't heard anything from you.
