Had a really good experience in store and over the phone with Lavinnia. Helped me pick out the perfect setting and diamond. Nothing was too much to ask and was able to arrange diamonds and settings to be moved to different stores to suit me. Kept informed about the progress of the ring and arrived much quicker than the official 8 weeks. Great service from Lavinnia and Vashi and would happily recommend to friends and family

Since the first moment Usama makes us feel special, his approach was exactly what we needed. He made us feel comfortable and sure that everything will work out nicely. We went with very little time before travelling for our wedding and he managed to get us a wonderful placeholders and helped us choose the final rings.
