I called customer service to request a corporate account and she aptly instructed me to create a P.O. to order the signs we need for our courtyard. She was very helpful but I found the online experience could be a little easier.

It would be so much easier to have all required fields and drop downs on one page. I found myself feeling like I needed to create a new address each time for billing and shipping. One simple page filled out top to bottom would be so much more intuitive. Other than that, it was a good experience.

Website required a password change, no big deal. Website would not allow the password change. I finally checked out as a guest. Very frustrating but I still bought from you. Web interaction is #1 , today you failed.
