I gave 2 stars because as soon as I placed my order within the hour I realized I ordered the incorrect size Blank NFPA Diamond Sign, I sent an email asking to hold my order because there was an error. I did receive a reply and they asked what I would like to replace I mentioned either the Diamond or the Adhesives since both will not fit each other. I never heard back to sent another email to follow up and get confirmation but nothing, then I received my items. Needless to say, I placed another order for correct goods.

This is my first time using the ComplianceSigns site. I immediately found the sign I was looking for and the fact that I was given options of the type of backing I wanted for the sign was a definite perk. Also, I wasn’t exactly sure of the size I wanted and I am not sure if it was sheer luck or on purpose, but I selected the 5x3.5 size and the sample popped up to the exact size so I could judge the sizing better. I had a very easy time finding what I needed and check out was a breeze. Thank you.
