"Never use this company"
Please don’t use this company, no service since installation, put wrong KW boiler , very noisy from all pipes , unable to sleep during night. contacted Tazz many times. Said he will sent engineer, never happened, now he changed number, I arranged private engineer, he said previous boiler was 15KW new one they put 30KW doubled that’s why this noice. Installation of this free boiler they charge me £450 pounds , don’t know what to do now ....

I had Kaseem visit to survey for a new boiler early December and would have all installation done by Christmas, then heard nothing until the new year when it was arranged for the underfloor insulation to be done. Good sufficient workmen came and said that I would hear within a day or two about the boiler. I Heard nothing for about six weeks when an appointment was made for the installation of the boiler. Three times the date was changed before an engineer arrived with the new boiler. I must admit that the engineer Habeeb was a very good and clean worker, there was absolutely no mess left when he had finished and he worked until very late in the evening. Kaseem kept me up to date with things but would leave me with nothing for weeks on end by which time I had thought I had been forgotten. I had to pay £400 for my 'free' boiler because they could not get the one they had hoped for and said the one I have is an upgrade and more efficient. Apart from the messing about and the silent weeks, I must admit the work was done without trouble or mess.

Very happy with the service we received from Efficiency Boilers particularly Kassam our surveyor who arranged our underfloor insulation and boiler replacement and clearly explained the process. Would definitely use again and recommend.

"Wish I'd never bothered."
Wish I'd never had my boiler changed now. New one has been nothing but trouble, continually breaking down, no hot water again tonight. Company are nice enough, just the boiler they installed is problematic.

ATTENTION !!! WARNING !!! The WORST company ever I had to deal with. Ignorant, unresponsive, unprofessional, cheating... Don't believe me ? Keep on reading. Sorry it may be long, but I will try my best to explain everything.
Had to deal with them via the free boiler installation scheme. Firstly they've charged me extra £200 for the flue which supposed to be covered by the scheme, but I was told otherwise. Complete scamming and ripoff. The flue I paid for during the "free" installation became the main issue. I noticed water dripping into my cupboard the very next day. It was the leaking flue so called them out. They came on the other than agreed time and obviously I wasn't at home. Eye witness said the the "fix"was very quick. Changed flue elbow and little piece of wood under the leaking connection. Cheap quick fix turned into a bigger problems as the condensation found it's way to the inside of the flue and run down covering the insides of the boiler ( those brown rusty patches in the pics).
It would be only half of the trouble, but after a few weeks of unnoticed watering the boiler started to make squeaking noises and even shaking dangerously loudly.
Called them and the answer was it couldn't be their problem. They "fixed" theirs and I was advised to call the manufacturer. Engineer came on the other day and diagnosed the problem. The gas valve developed a fault because of the water constantly pouring over so had to be replaced. I was told to use the boiler only if absolutely necessary until the problem is fixed and get in touch with the installer asap. I was also assured the condensation from the flue is due to unprofessional installation. Made them to speak directly with each other over my phone and the installer seemed to understand that they have to fix it (goddammit !). Again.
They came had a look. Found the loose bolt from inside the boiler which holds the flue tight to the boiler itself. Was left with faulty hopes again, as the watering continued soon after they left.
And then the fun begins. Excuses, excuses, excuses...Lots of empty talking, justification, trying to convince me they are superior and done everything they could. The most outrageous thing is they understood it's their fault, but ignorantly advised to book another engineer offering to reimburse me after (come on ! would you believe a liar twice?) or complain to the Gas Safe Register (believe me I will) and they would maybe come fix it during 28 days, because that's the protocol. What ? Do you have some human left under your skin ? Finally I was blocked from contacting them on mobile. Too much hassle, too annoying. It's time to celebrate not to deal with picky customers.
I don't know how would you describe such an individual. You name it. In the middle of the winter and festive Christmas/New Year's time with 3 little kids and only emergency use of the boiler. Thank you very much !
Think twice (probably not enough) before doing the business with them and please remind my story if you decide to deal with such a company. Make them feel ashamed of what they've done and not done. Let them lose the customer's trust because that's what they deserve.
