"I booked a flight through Flightsbank"

I booked a flight through Flightsbank. I was very pleased with the ticket price, $150 less than others. My credit card rejected the transaction fearing it was a fraudulent transaction. The transaction was out if the ordinary for that card. Within an hour of receiving the notice cancellation from the credit card company, I received a phone call from Henry at Flightsbank. I had already authorized the transaction with the credit card company. He quickly released the e-ticket for my flight. I was impressed with the service and personal touch provided by Henry and Flightsbank.

upon booking with Filghtsbank twice the called me to let me know the fare that as on the website was no longer available but it was showing up none the less. I could not believe this and went on to United and the fares were higher than what they were offering me.
I appreciated that they called me but I also think they needed to update their site.

Martin was very helpful he tried his best to get me a good fare and was even successful at getting me a confirmed seat on an earlier flight which will get me to my destination earlier.

Best deal and excellent service. Usually when booking through a third party, its impossible to get in touch with an agent. This time, instead of me reaching out, Henry - one of the agents reached out to me regarding an issue I had with my booking. He was patient and assisted me with all my issues and also called me to follow up. I typically don’t write reviews and this is my first time booking through Flightbanks. I will definitely be returning again to book future flights!
