I was skeptical at first, having read mixed reviews and because the flights were priced lower than I had been able to find elsewhere. Like many people who've reported here, I booked a flight, received a confirmation from Flightsbank, and waited a couple of days for ticketing, and nothing was going through, so I called. Although my credit card wasn't charged either, so while I wasn't out any money I knew I didn't have a ticket yet. All the reps I spoke with were friendly and responsive. I spoke first with Michael. I was reassured it would happen, but it would take another 24-48 hours. In reality, it took almost 2 weeks and several calls, but they did get me the tickets I booked an an unbeatable price.They even said the price had gone up, but they wouldn't charge me extra (and they didn't--and I could see that on my ticket.

Over the course of my calls, I spoke with Victor and Max. Everyone was polite and personable. So, in the end, it was a great outcome, but the previous negative reviews made me stressed--and I didn't need to be. Thanks Victor, Max and Michael!
