I had to reschedule my flight to an earlier date as the country I was in at the time were closing their borders (COVID-19), they were able to find me a ticket however, upon arrival to the airport, I learned that the Airline company had canceled my flight and had no other options available of getting me back. I called Flightsbank asking to get a refund but I was told I had to directly deal with the Airline (no luck there). I have made multiple attempts of reaching Flightsbank but was left with no answer. I expect them to resolve this issue as they are the ones I have dealt with to book my tickets and not the Airline. Their repeated attempts to ignore me only emphasis their wrongdoing. What a terrible comany!!! NEVER book through these guys.

Have emailed them about refund. They are ignoring me. Told me to sort it out myself. When I started the attempt to get the refund myself I realized they gave me wrong booking ref. When I finally got the correct one Virgin airline said it was there responsibility to ask for refund and not mine even though its my money. Flightbank said at beginning they could not get through to Virgin however Virgin said to me they should use the email they booked with to get refund. I am still waiting on a response. I know times are crazy but I asked for this a month ago and they have not helped me as a customer and let me do most of the legwork to ultimately fail.

I booked a flight with this company but had to cancel. When I tried to rebook my trip they would not honor my refund they told me to contact American Express and get my refund that way when I did I noticed that they charged me 200 more dollars than what my ticket was originally when I tried calling back so I could get assistance with the situation they would not answer my phone call as if they was screening the call. This airline is a fraud and I wouldn't recommend anyone to book with them

We booked at a time when prices were high for our particular flights and Flightsbank literally saved us hundreds of dollars. We got the direct flights that we were looking for but not at the high price the airline was charging. Michael in customer service responded immediately to an inquiry and we couldn't be happier from a customer service perspective. All in all, a great experience. Thank you!
