"Flightsbank has the worst Customer…"
Flightsbank has the worst Customer Service and I regret using a Third Party to book my flight. They deserve no star. I book a flight last year to Mexico from June 26, 2020 - June 30,2020. I had to cancel because of Covid . I called the number on the Website the man was so disrespectful and I can barely understand him . Then I was told I had to call Delta first so that they can release the ticket. Okay I called Delta had no problem they release the ticket but they couldn't give my a voucher because I booked with a Third party. Delta also stated "My voucher will be good for 2 years". Call back Flightbank for them to tell me I had to Email them. I Email the website . Victor Email me back explaining the difference of option A or B . I chose option B for a refund. I get a email from Victor with a voucher that expires on Feb 2021. I Email Victor back "Why didn't I get a refund ?and why my voucher is not good for at least a year from my departing Flight?) The last Email I got from Victor saying " I have raised a request with Aero Mexico for the voucher date to be extended until the next year as per your request ".I have sent numerous email since then and no reply. Now I'm trying to rebook for my daughter's destination wedding in Cancun for April and my voucher is not working. I'm going to the same place as my previous flight and using Flightsbank (unfortunately) as of my previous flight and my voucher is not working. I lost out of $1021.67 unbelievable. Times are very hard right now . I have proof of all my emails to Victor . I would never use them or a Third party ever again . I STRONGLY would not recommend Flightsbank to no one not even my WORST ENEMY!

I have never heard about this company before so when I was given a quote I was skeptical to book. I did my research on the company then felt comfortable enough to book. I booked a flight from Virginia to California, I am certain I got the best price there was. Everything went smooth from the booking process to the flight and everything in between. Im about to book another flight with them. Thank you for such a smooth experience.

I have been waiting for my refund for a flight that had to be canceled due to Covid, since 26 July 2020! I have been writing to them every few weeks and every time they come back to me, it’s the same excuse... “We are waiting for the supplier”. I called the supplier today and they have confirmed that they have had no communication from Flights Bank regarding a refund for me. My advise to anyone looking to use Flights Bank is to stay well away and do not be tempted by the misleading 4-5 star rating! It’s a poorly run operation, bordering on a scam!

The sign of a good company is how they treat you when things go wrong, as it's easy to be good, when everything is great.
We were due to fly to Australia for our sons wedding this weekend & flights were booked with this company (never again). The Australian borders have been closed for months & are likely to stay that way for some time. Trying to get a straight answer out of them about where I stood with the flight/refund, has been hugely stressful, which I really didn't need on top of the disappointment at missing the wedding.
Etihad have confirmed by email that the flight is cancelled & I am entitled to a refund via the travel agent...still no joy?
I have had to go through the rigmarole of claiming it back as a dispute v my credit card.
Think twice before making a booking with Flightsbank, especially in these uncertain times, as their after care, when you need them is nothing short of abysmal

"I still have not been paid"
I still have not been paid! I have been waiting for over two months, my refund was paid by the airlines to this agency, and they have received all the information they needed. Mark and another guy from the agency were always polite and promising that the payment will be received within a week. This promise was given several times throughout the weeks but nothing received! I contacted the airlines and they confirmed sending the refund to the agency a while ago. The reasons of the delays were different, such as the party in charge were away, they were too busy, it is COVID and you know, and that my case is a top priority! I really want to know how to escalate this? Who can help?? I have tried posting this review on Flightsbank.com page, but couldn't using my original email, after telling the agency that I'm planning to do that! I have used a different email now.

"The refund is not being paid back yet!"
I have had to cancel my flight early July, the cancellation was requested in June, and I was accepted to have a refund by the airline. Flight bank said they’ve received the refund but for the last month and a half I have been chasing them to pay me my refund back. They keep promising to pay it back soon, or emailing me with the updates, giving different reasons for the delay and until now I haven’t received it!

"Henry at Flightsbank is great"
Henry at Flightsbank is great! I emailed him about the status of our refund since it had been a while since we started the process and I was getting frustrated. He immediately emailed me and apologized for the delay due to recent events regarding COVID. Within 24 hours he was able to get our refund processed and sent to my credit card. He said my card should reflect the refund within 5-7 business days. He even sent me an email with a screen shot of the transaction. Thank you so much Henry and Flightsbank!

"Refund for COVID cancellation"
Some of Flightsbank's Care team didn't know about the processing my COVID cancellation refund claim, once the airline confirmed it had been paid to Flightsbank. However Victor was very responsive & got the refund processed successfully in a couple of days. Note that Flightsbank deduct $25 Admin Fee per passenger.
