I was a bit concerned about my on line banking, could not do what I wanted to do and need to talk to someone face to face. My nearest building society was Shirley, Birmingham. I went there with the hope of speaking to someone. I was met by a lady called Sue, who helped me straight away. She went through my accounts to make sure everything was OK. I left there feeling confident that all was in order. Thank you Sue.

Bethan always gives us great service and helps us with our investments. She is very kind and patient and always makes our transactions easy for us.

The branch is friendly and the staff are always doing a fund raise for a good cause.

I have not had any issues with Coventry, they were our mortgage provider for 12 years and I also have savings accounts with them. Good rates, staff answers telephone questions promptly.

Today I wanted info re ISA and if it were best I transferred my current one to another if interest is higher. I spoke with Kelly Smith who was extremely helpful. Kelly clearly explained everything I needed to know, she answered all my questions, and was very polite. Kelly did not know I have a hearing problem but she was easy to listen to and follow her.
I am very pleased with the service Kelly provided and as a result I have a new ISA and continue to be wiht the Coventry Build Society.
