They would not port out my son's number, they kept saying that our AT&T acct number was bad and they couldn't port the number.... We checked, they kept submitting the port over and over again.... They wouldn't stop. So we decided to go with someone else, and they made it a big hassle to cancel to port out with them.....

"A Smoother Switch: From Mint Mobile to Infimobile"

I previously used Mint Mobile as my service provider, but despite their coverage map indicating service in my area, I had no reception inside my apartment. I contacted customer support, and they assured me the issue would be resolved. Unfortunately, even after waiting a couple of weeks, the problem persisted. Frustrated, I decided to switch to Infimobile, and I’m glad I did. Infimobile provides strong service in my apartment, and their high-speed data is just as fast as any other provider I've used. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the switch!

"Waiting for 4days to get my number activated after portin"

I ported my number on 6th of this month and still not able to activate my number. I will get same answer(4 to 6 hours to resolve) everytime I call them about the issue. I still was not able to activate my number and loosing my paycheck from past 2 days since I need my number to connect to company network.so frustrated with them and will not recommend them to anyone.

I got this deal through internet. I switched from fi network.
Pros:
1. easy to port and activate
2. Low price for prepaid service with unlimited talk and text and 10 GB data
3. good network coverage
4. Using for past 5+ months. No issues

Cons:
1. The low price plan is for only a new customer.

"Not as smooth"

after 3rd day my Multimedia messages and outgoing calls still do not work. I have spent hours after hours on chat, but no luck. This is not as easy as everyone says. porting was easy, but getting things to work is not easy.

"Most affordable Plans and Service "

Most Affordable Annual plans and Service using for last 3 months so far very Good. Little slow when it comes to sharing means its MSVP Service when you go to crowd may slowdown your Data. other then that no other issues.
