"No Customer Service Exists"

When it works, everything is OK. When you have a problem, customer service is lacking. For example, I wanted to switch my physical SIM to eSIMS because I upgraded my phone. You can't do it by yourself online. So I chatted with Infimobile. But it is not really a chat. It only said Infimobile would send you an email for an answer. I called the Infimoble customer service number numerous times, but no one answered calls. Only ask you to leave a message.

"The Worst"

Held my port out information. Had to ask a dozen times for it. 8+ hours with customer service and I still dont have it.
Despicable.

"Bad."

I ported a number over and they couldn't get the activation to work. Gave them 60+ hours and still couldn't find a way to make it work.

I did everything they asked and all they could do was refer back to their "network partner", who provided nothing I had not already tried.

"Re-uped for 12 months even after tons of competitor offers Black Friday"

I tried you for 6 months and was surprised when I signed up for another year. In that 6 months you got new setting for my off brand phone so it works much better.

I do wish the hot spot was included. But I can torture your call center to add it for $5 a month.

"Good deal on a yearly plan"

Good deal on a yearly plan. Uses T-Mobile network, good coverage on south Florida. Good 5G speeds. Extras like international calls and hotspot can be added separately during activation process.

"DO NOT use this service - NUMBER LOST - SHEER NEGLIGENCE"

DO NOT use this service. I requested my account number and pin for porting out. They provided those and that is it. I lost my online account access and asked me to reach out to the carrier porting into (I never ported out to any carrier). My phone still shows infimobile network and able to use the service.
