Price is very good.
Some cons:-
1. When we speak another person hear very low voice. seems to be connection range issue, need improvement.
2.Most of the providers now providing free international calls like Tello, Lyca, Good2Go. Please add it in here.
3.Add international travel plans.

I was shipped a defective sim card(sim tested in 3 different phones and sim card wouldn't detect any). I had to speak with 4 agents within a 4 day span and was on the phone for over 5 hours to get a new sim replaced. I am still waiting for the sim to arrive as I am writing this. Unfortunately I sign up for 1 year of service and I can tell that it is going to be a crazy rollcaster for the year for me.

"Extremely poor customer service"

Extremely poor customer service. They charge $5 to change eSIM (i.e. move phone number from one phone to another). And you can only do it by chat, and I kid you not, it took two hours to do with their chat agent who I assume is based somewhere not in the US. Avoid this company.

UPDATE: The company replied below asking me to call, and, of course I tried to call and get a VM!

Very affordable plans to start with and the signal reception has been great. No issues whatsoever so far and super happy with them.

I’ve been using infimobile service for couple of months now. Initially i chose it due to its affordable price however I’m totally surprised with their amazing service so far. Network reliability, speed and their customer support is top notch. I’m glad i made right decision of choosing infimobile.

In the beginning I was a little hesitate to use Infimobile, worrying the signal quality and to lose my phone number. Anyway I started my service in June 2024. First the port in process worked like a charm, it went smoothly. More importantly, the signal is strong and reliable in the country side of Ohio. I have been using it’s service for five months, no complaints at all.

"Affordable plan for teens"

We gave infinimobile a try when decided to get phone for teen and didn't want to spend much unsure if phone would be lost immediately. Plan is affordable with enough data for him to do pretty much anything within reason. Coverage is acceptable and similar to what we get with name brand company, just depending, which is why 4 stars but for price we paid it'll do for now.

Infimobile was so easy to set up. From going online and entering some brief information, including your SIM card number and your address for your 911 information it was a breeze. I had no issues with it whatsoever while I am still using this as a second line to use in my tablet when I am not at home, it is working out perfectly. I have had no drop calls when making calls from my tablet with that SIM card I have had no Internet drops and I actually have Verizon for my main line in my cell phone and when I’m at work, Verizon does not work but guess what does work infimobile is working like a charm. So now I am thinking to just drop my Verizon line and port my number over to in the Mobile two because of the cheaper rates and the better service and I know that in fee Mobile is most likely bouncing off a T-Mobile towers or AT&T towers but when I promise you, they are so much better than Verizon and I pay I have to bill with Verizon so most likely by the end of the year both my lines will be on infimobile. I also like the fact that infimobile actually has 180 day plan and also 360 day play for the whole year which will save the regular consumer so much money and no I was not paid to say any of this. I just did my research and compared Verizon service to this service and hands-down. This one is coming out on top. And the chat service that was on mine was absolutely amazing and even when I called on the phone, someone picked up within a minute, so there was no long wait times of just talking to somebody and learning more about the product that wasn’t listed on the website if needed I was very impressed. Go get this cell phone service. You won’t be disappointed.!!!!!!!!!!
