"Phenomenal Support!"
I have been using Infimobile for 7 months now and have had, maybe, 2 dropped calls in that time. What made me want to write this review was the support. I spoke to Ajay Sylvester regarding my account as it was nearing the end of the promotional price point. Ajay was beyond helpful in helping me navigate through the Infimobile portal and renew my service for 12 months at only $99 ($8.33/month). I couldn't believe how patient and knowledgeable he was in helping me secure this renewal. I didn't need any other reason to stay with Infimobile. After my experience chatting with support, I found a new reason to stay with this carrier.

"Great value MVNO"
Works off vz towers, the value is top notch. VZ towers are ok in my area. Not superb but YMMV based on area

"Trying to find out T-Mobile or Verizon"
I haven't tried the service yet.
Wanting to sign up and I'm in the 58801 / Williston North Dakota area code
I have tried T-Mobile and the service is spotty
If Infimobile is using Verizon in my area that would be good.
Can't really leave a review until I find out and try it but only if they're using Verizon

"After I switch to this plan"
After I switch to this plan . So many robotic calls coming in daily at least 20-30 calls. I made a complaint but not resolved. Not sure this company has any call filter systems can help customers. Or they are selling our information? 😡😡

"I was skeptical about Infimobile but…"
I was skeptical about Infimobile but decided to give a shot. Signed for their deal for 6 month just to try.
3 month later i think it serving my needs well. Coverage in my area on par with TMobile, but for less money.

"Service was ok, but porting out is a headache..."
My service was good but there were some drawbacks, mobile hotspot was an extra $5/month so I didn't really get to use the 10gb a month as much as I would have liked. I was also never able to get MMS working even after speaking with customer service and getting new APN info. I would've kept my service but continuing it after the 6 month plan was confusing, I only had the option to "recharge" by refilling data at a much higher price (ex. 3gb/$18 a month). Which is much higher than most other plans, so I decided to port out. You are FORCED to call them for account and port out numbers. The first time I called the line was busy, the second time I called I was on hold and than I was asked to "leave a message", only after the 3rd time I called did someone answer with a simple "hello?". At this point I wasn't sure if I was even calling the right number, but the person from India took my information and eventually told me I would be getting my account and port out number via SMS after 4-6 hours. I don't know why we have to call for this its ridiculous. You can tell a lot about a company in regards to how easy it is to leave them, if their service is good enough people should want to stay so why make it so difficult to get out? I probably won't use them again for their bait and switch plans, and their poor customer service.
Update: 10 hours later and they still haven't provided me with the information to port out. My review for them was initially 2 star but I'll have to lower it to 1 star based on their customer service.
