"Disappointing service from InfiMobile "
(1) InfiMobile has excessive delays before shipping a new customer SIM.
(2) InfiMobile can’t immediately activate an Apple iPhone eSIM as soon as payment is made. Instead the customer must wait (7 days) for a physical SIM to be mailed, then call Customer Support to switch the pSIM to eSIM. That’s expensive for InfiMobile and a frustrating delay for customers.
(3) When my new annual prepaid plan with auto-pay was activated, the mobile service ended after 30-days due to a InfiMobile billing error. I needed to use another phone to call CS for a correction and restart of service. Since then, my service is working as expected.
(4) Pricing of plans is often lowered for a limited-time sale period. But when I bought on the last sale day, it took InfiMobile 2 days to apply my payment and then the sale price had expired. Of course, I had to beg them to cancel my service and provide a refund that took more than 7 days.

I've been using them for about 3 months and so far I've been happy with their coverage and quality. It's about half what I paid with previous carrier. It took only about 10 minutes for them to port in my number after I gave them the account number and PIN.

Nice they have a customer service phone number but they can’t do anything. Everything is a “I need to send this issue to another team member and will email you back”… And I never hear anything back. One simple request takes five calls. And no trust that they’re maintaining the network or their MVNO status appropriately.
