My service(talk/text/data) WAS great until a month ago. I have called multiple times, spent hours on the phone, and still my service (talk/text/data) is so bad now. Now when I call customer service they don't answer and they tell me they are going to call me back but never do. Even the Facebook page never got back to me after they reached out to me. I would never recommend infimobile to anyone.

My experience so far is I've needed to go through CS quite often until they resolve an issue. CS is a bit of a hassle. I will re-asses the cost after 1 year. There was a promotion for $99 10GB plan offer I bought & I'm curious to see what price it will renew at. If it's crazy expensive I'll go elsewhere but for now I'm happy. I'm using T-Mobile Service although they offer Verizon as well.
