"Occasional dropped connections & unresponsive support"

Once we received the SIM cards, we were able to activate easily using the web portal. The speeds and coverage in my area are also good.

EDIT: After using it for a few months, it turns out 1) despite having the tab in the online portal for eSIM replacement, you cannot actually do it yourself (confirmed by support); 2) occasionally the connection will drop (Android shows an exclamation mark on the signal bar icon) even though Status shows good reception.

I therefore requested to cancel our multi-month plan (eligible for a partial refund according to their Terms & Conditions). It's been three weeks but no response. When I followed up to ask for an estimated timeline, their response is still a template "we will provide you with an update as soon as possible".

I guess you can use the service but don't expect timely support if you run into problems.

Great service overall. Had an issue with a SIM card but their support quicky sent me another one. I've had service with Infimobile for about 4 months now and no issues at all. Fast data and no issues with cell reception. Also costs a fraction of what you would pay with other providers. Excellent customer service on top of all that and we have a winner!
