When I return it they then didn't except the parcel.

"After literal MONTHS of the company ignoring me I'm using this site to try and get them to give me my €300,- back!"
I've been trying to contact this company for several months now regarding the fact that they won't refund me.
My package was lost and after a long time of me trying to track down the order I managed to find it and send it back to their office.
After getting notified by my carrier that the package was delivered along with a photo of the delivery I didn't hear back from them for a week.
I reached out asking when they are planning on getting back to me about the refund since the package has been with them for a week.
They didn't reply to this email, and also not to the maybe 20 emails I've sent the months after the first one.
They are still ignoring me after every email I sent them.
The one time (a month or so after the arrival of my return package being delivered at their office) they did mail me back they told me they had some issues with a co-worker. Which as far as I and the workplace I work at myself are concerned is not something the customer has to deal with.
Now of course I understand this can still be difficult depending on what's actually happening. But if there is time to let me know about some inside relationship, there's likely time to press a button to refund my money.
I told them I wouldn't leave a bad review and I just want my money back. But after another month of them actively ignoring me I found this web page.
Seeing that THIS is THE place where the company actually reacts to what's being said. I thought I'd try reached out here.
So. I'll happily remove this review and promise to do so. All I want is my €300,- back.

I received the package the day before Christmas, less that 24hrs from ordering. The box was perfect and sealed with amazing transport packing.

Ordered a watch for my little boys birthday, the watch was faulty ( no fault of games direct, manufacturing fault).
Games Direct customer service dealt with my query straight away, sent item back and refunded me the watch and the full cost of my postage.
Excellent Friendly and professional company would definitely buy from again.
