I have been very happy with my satellite but the system has always been a bit slow. Now that I have my adult children at home, I need something faster and cheaper so that we can all benefit. Over the years the technical support has been very helpful

Just so good. Was on vodafone before - abysmal - and locked into 2 year contract with dysfunctional wifi and rubbish customer service. With these guys the internet has been perfect, excellent customer service and I am not locked into anything. Just wish I’d heard about them earlier

I recently move into a house where I really struggled to find an Internet provider. No one would touch. Until I had a conversation with Bentley Telecom. They went through all the options I had on the phone, and we decided to go with a 4G router. It is far better than any other Internet provider I have had in the past, it was easy to install myself, and now I have a good strong signal throughout my house.

I have my satellite broadband with FreedomSat . A great company to deal from the start to finish, the customer service has been brilliant.
I would particularly like to thank Lewis in the sales department who has been extremely helpful with technical and account queries ive had. The support desk is very good with live chat option available, even on Saturdays. Thank you keep up the good work guys. Kind regards Lewis.
