I had no problems with Freedomsat, unfortunately the 3rd party installers give you an appointment 8am to 8pm. The engineer is supposed to ring you on the day to give you a time, never happened, which I don't consider great. The dish arrived damaged, again not Freedomsat fault so then had to wait another 18 days for the installers to come back. All working fine now, just waiting for our IT guy to link it up.

I have been a customer for a long time, probably 15 years. I have always found the company 1st class. I have always found somebody to talk to and solve any problem immediately. I live in a remote rural area and thus their satellite broadband was the only option. Now I have fibre to the door. Sadly I have to leave Freedomsat. A five star company with 5 star people.
