"I think I have just been scammed"

I think I have just been scammed. I bought MobileTrans as my whatsapp chat history disappeared. So much of history and memories gone. I thought this app would give me hope. But instead, the login to my Google Drive kept failing in the app. I tried calling the support no but it did not allow any numbers / choices to go through. Even the bot isn't helpful! There is no one I can contact for help!!

This is a money grab!
The app doesn’t work. You start to transfer and it immediately is interrupted by “screensaver” screen that stops the transfer process. Literally every time. And every 30 seconds. This app is a joke

Great app, easy to use, works perfect with backup and restore of all data include whatsapp history, tested from Android to iphone twice and it's working perfect.

This is a scam. They say no pay for 5 days but immediately swiped money from my account and then there is no area to cancel on their app. NRWnia.com took £1 from my account and then Digital Entertainment took £24.99. Company Aldeire Solutions Ltd registered in Cyprus. Complete fraud. My bank fortunately intercepted the transaction as fraud and cancelled it immediately. Do not use.

The software failed the 1st time around. When I requested support I received a link to update the software. The fix worked and all my info was transferred from my Galaxy S8+ to my iPhone 6.
