The attempt to migrate WhatsApp from an iOS to an Android device proved to be not as straight forward as expected. While the data transfer worked (slowly, due to a large amount of data), MobileTrans deleted WhatsApp on the target device and forced a new installation, despite all data was present and visible. Unfortunately I was not able to restore the target backup for unknown reasons and thus had to do the whole job again, aborting before WhatsApp would be deteed again...

The most important thing was not working well. And in the end I were supposed to turn off option "find my phone" which works after 1 hour. that function is turning off later, so basically I did whats app without CONTACTS! amazing. thanks. half job.

Purchased the Mobiletrans in order to transfer my What's app information from my Samsung Note 8 to my Iphone Pro 14... But it did nothing. I tried multiple times, but it kept just uploading my media and my chats where left behind. The platform is really easy to use but useless. Really disappointed to have had paid so much for literally nothing...
Cancelled my subscription immediately
Also on their website, a 4.5/5 Trust pilot grade is advertised, which is wrong.

I purchased the app 3 months ago,t ried to transfer data from an android phone to an Iphone more than once and it didn't work. The process is long and full of steps that I took my losses and gave up. Now I got billed again today and asked for a refund, as I would never use the app again and didn't even know it got billed automatically. The AI chat said I could get a refund from Google Play, but I payed for it directly on the website via PayPal. I tried to get online help with and actul person and the tech said I needed to provide screenshots of the files that did not transfer 3 months ago (no idea how I could screenshot the lack of something) or they could do nothing.This company profits from people's desperation, this is an absolute scam.
